Until I feel unsecure, I have no chance to enjoy freedom. This feeling of insecurity is almost silent and suppressed. However, it significantly impacts individual freedom.

When I thought of my happiness, I used to look for things which I desired, but I have never thought of what could remain imperfect in my life in order to stimulate me for improvement.
I should have asked myself: what makes me unhappy that would make me very happy to solve?  As André Comte-Sponville stated, we need despair (that we will never reach true happiness) to feel happy!
